As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be part of our Talent Management Team, responsible for providing administrative support in Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Human Resource Business Partnering, and People Operations.

Your primary focus will be on executive assistance, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and offsites, as well as coordinating travel arrangements for senior leaders.

You will also handle confidential and sensitive tasks, such as preparing information for Management Committee discussions, creating expense reports, and monitoring finance reports.

In addition, you will assist with employee process training, needs assessments, and recommendations, as well as formulate methods to improve employment policies and practices.
