Job Overview

The Provider Services Supervisor - Voice is a critical role that ensures the smooth functioning of our voice performance and has a direct impact on the efficiency of our overall team's processes.

This position requires a strong focus on providing excellent service, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and understanding products and account benefits and coverages.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and process LOAs following established procedures and explain coverage and non-coverage details to members.
  2. Analyze complex cases and develop solutions to address partner concerns regarding eligibility, coverage, and procedures.
  3. Develop and implement first-hand solutions for captured complaints and collaborate with internal departments as necessary.
  4. Prepare and submit reports with accurate and comprehensive data to support team and company goals.
  5. Support various campaigns and tasks as needed during manpower shortages, business continuity planning events, or when service level agreements for other teams or sub-units are critically low.
