Content Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Content Coordinator to manage digital content across client accounts, maintain structured content vaults, and support content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about content structure and trends, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is tagged, categorized, and ready to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Organization: Upload, organize, and tag digital content for optimal access
  • Folder Management: Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation
  • Script Template Creation: Support script template creation for tone consistency
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals
  • Quality Review: Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination
  • Task Updates: Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools
