  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in offshore recruitment, labor markets, and best practices
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidates and job orders in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assisting with employer branding initiatives and contributing to the development of recruitment strategies to attract top offshore talent

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on offshore or international recruitment (at least 5 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of offshore staffing markets and understanding of global recruitment challenges
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers remotely
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
