We are seeking an experienced Offshore Recruitment Specialist to join our team at MCG Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for offshore positions.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for offshore positions
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans
- Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates using various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking)
- Conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews across time zones to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers
- Managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, including pipeline status and candidate feedback
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in offshore recruitment, labor markets, and best practices
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidates and job orders in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives and contributing to the development of recruitment strategies to attract top offshore talent
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on offshore or international recruitment (at least 5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of offshore staffing markets and understanding of global recruitment challenges
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers remotely
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
