  • Managing the production of monthly and annual results for divisions, working closely with key divisional managers and finance teams.
  • Coordinating the review of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Evaluating work delivered by the BPO team.
  • Verifying journals to ensure relevant backup and correct coding.
  • Developing ad-hoc analysis and reports to support accurate reporting and inform business, group, and tax decisions.
  • Maintaining regular interaction with business units, enabling functions, and auditors.
  • Completing statutory financial statements at half-year and year-end as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation through timely completion of necessary reports.
  • Supporting SOX compliance efforts as needed.
  • Assisting with Annual Desktop Procedure reviews and documenting new processes created or transitioned to BPO.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive in recognizing issues and taking initiative to resolve them. Maintaining stakeholder satisfaction by promptly following up on requests for information is also crucial.
