  • Managing resources effectively to meet service level objectives and contact center KPIs.
  • Establishing methodologies and processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of complex cross-functional deliverables.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing issues affecting contact center morale.
