Contact Center Operations Lead

Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced contact center environment? As a Site Director, Call Center Operations at NTT Business Process Outsourcing, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, including overseeing the operating systems, policies and procedures, organizational structure, and information flow.
We're seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in contact center operations, preferably with a degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to think critically, and a talent for developing effective solutions to complex problems.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing resources effectively to meet service level objectives and contact center KPIs.
- Establishing methodologies and processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of complex cross-functional deliverables.
- Proactively identifying and addressing issues affecting contact center morale.
