As a Senior Finance Executive at YOYO Holdings Pte. Ltd., you will oversee the preparation of supporting documentation for monthly closing processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial reports and statements.

You will analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions, supervising the preparation of all invoice calculations and overseeing the preparation and submission of tax administration reports in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.

Cash Flow and Financial Obligations Management

Ensure timely processing of the company's financial obligations, providing accurate and timely financial statements to control and manage the company's cash flow effectively.

Manage petty cash requests to support operational activities, ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Compliance and Vendor Management

Collect, document, and process vendor's tax and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policy.

Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for preparation and statutory submissions, assisting in managing payroll, related expenses, claims, and all purchasing functions.

Leadership:

Manage the Finance & Accounting team, including setting and ensuring members achieve their goals (KPI/OKR), conducting 1-on-1 sessions and performance reviews.

Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as required by management, requiring strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across regions.
