Job Description:Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Brand Identity Management: Own, shape, and strengthen the Zuellig Pharma corporate/brand identity at the market level in alignment with the organization's purpose and overall strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, employees, media, clients, customers, and relevant governing bodies/associations connected to our business and people agenda.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement through adapted and local campaigns and initiatives to manage morale and reinforce organizational values.
Qualifications:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in corporate communications and/or marketing communications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing, or Management.
  • Pharma background is an advantage.
  • Experience in Communications/PR agencies.
  • Experience in social media management.
  • Knowledge and experience in crisis communications.
