We are seeking a Data Insights Lead to join our team at GCash, where you will play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven decisions. As a Data Insights Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring organization metrics and providing insights to enable data-driven decisions across the customer team.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor organization metrics (e.g., eMAU, Growth, Usage) to inform business strategy
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze customer profiles and transactional behavior to identify trends and opportunities
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Business Analytics or related field
  • Years of Work Experience: Minimum 5 years
  • Work Background/Experience: Data-related field
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Proficient in SQL
    • Basic understanding of Python/R
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strategic & Analytical mindset
    • Strong Business Acumen
