The Job OverviewAs a Field Collection Officer based in Malolos, Bulacan, your primary responsibility will be to contact delinquent customers to discuss their account status. You will inform and assess the customer's story, suggesting a beneficial solution to address their concerns.
Your tasks include following up on repayment promises from customers with past due payments and identifying uncooperative customers to escalate them to our Legal team.
The Ideal Candidate- You reside in Malolos, Bulacan.
- Prior field collection experience is required.
- You possess a valid/updated Driving License and own a motorcycle.
- You are computer literate.
By joining our team, you can expect a competitive salary estimated at P 30,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in credit recovery and work with a dynamic team.
