Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Certified Time and Absence Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Your primary focus will be on gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, and demonstrating configurations through the development of prototype systems.

You will also be responsible for assisting in testing the Workday solution, completing knowledge transfer to clients, and working with confidential client/data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
