Senior Blockchain Developer Role

Reap is a global financial technology company that aims to simplify cross-border transactions by leveraging blockchain technology.

The Senior Blockchain Developer will lead the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure using Solana. This role requires expertise in building and deploying high-performance smart contracts, designing secure transaction orchestration systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and deploy high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
  • Develop secure transaction execution logic and integrate it with our existing multisig platform.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment between protocol behavior and user experience across the stack.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana using Rust.
  • Proven experience in building and supporting production Solana programs that have handled significant funds.
  • Strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
