About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, ensuring that all products meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing QA/QC programs and making procedures related to ISO standards;
- Executing all quality-related actions of the project and ensuring they are performed according to pre-defined processes and project requirements;
- Evaluating current manufacturing processes and improving yields, eliminating rework, and reducing cost;
- Organizing and leading teams to drive continuous improvement activities to achieve cost and delivery objectives;
- Interfacing with all other engineering components within the organization and with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues;
- Inspecting, auditing, and reporting on materials, processes, and products using variable or attribute measuring instruments and techniques to ensure conformance with customer specifications;
- Monitoring team leaders, assistant team leaders, and line leaders, as well as QA/QC staff's and inspector's day-to-day activities;
- Verifying judgment of team leader, assistant team leader, line leader, and inspectors with regard to plating quality;
- Verifying and giving disposition of non-conforming products whenever necessary;
- Supervising training for newly hired inspectors;
- Monitoring and documenting the effectiveness of countermeasures for quality-related problems;
- Issuing various reports (Work Procedure, Abnormality Report, and Monthly Report);
- Monitoring the calibration schedule of all measuring instruments;
Requirements
- A college graduate with at least one (1) year of experience as a QA Supervisor in a manufacturing set-up;
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in QA supervising;
- Willing to work or relocate inside FPIP Sto. Tomas Batangas;
- Willing to render overtime during regular days, Rest days, and Holiday (if needed).
Benefits
- Transportation allowance: P10-P20/day;
- Meal allowance: P30/day;
- Position allowance: P1,000 (after probation);

- Supplementary Pay: 13th month pay, Performance Bonus;
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday ((Twice a month off on saturday) 8:00 am to 5:00pm;

Salary Range: The salary for this role is estimated to be around PHP 80,000 - PHP 120,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
