Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist who can also take on support and project management responsibilities.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in manual QA, preferably within a digital agency or software development environment.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients. The successful candidate will be able to identify not only task-specific defects but also related side issues that could impact project quality.

The selected individual will ensure our digital projects meet the highest quality standards while acting as a bridge between clients and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and test completed work to identify defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
  • Log and track bugs in project management tools like Trello, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
  • Prioritize and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Liaise directly with clients to assess incoming support requests, clarifying requirements where needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, such as Trello or Jira.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive in identifying issues before they are raised by the client.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in project management or coordination.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and basic HTML/CSS concepts.
