Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to Operations Director/Managers on resolving complex issues and improving operational efficiency.

  • Identify and address areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and customers.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of people management experience with at least 2 years of managerial experience in WFM (supervisors as direct reports).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in workforce management software and tools.
