Marketing Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Support Specialist to support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in digital marketing by working across a variety of platforms and channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with writing and editing marketing content, producing visual assets, creating and scheduling social media content, building and sending email campaigns, making basic website updates, compiling performance data, and maintaining CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with writing and editing marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, and landing pages
  • Produce simple visual assets using design tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content across various platforms
  • Monitor engagement and report on performance metrics
  • Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation tools
  • Manage contact lists and optimize email performance through A/B testing and reporting
  • Make basic content updates to websites via CMS
  • Coordinate with developers for more complex changes
  • Compile performance data from various platforms and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Maintain and update CRM data, supporting lead capture, segmentation, and customer journey tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (or eager to learn)
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm about marketing and eagerness to develop in a hands-on role
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
