Service Transition Lead

The Service Integration Manager is responsible for the management of the service transition lifecycle from early engagement of ITG-SMD resources to closure. This includes driving ITG-SMD units' vendor software maintenance and licensing agreements review process and vendor performance evaluation.
This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Service Transitions: Serve as the point of contact to other ITG units requesting transition support.
- Represent SMD: Represent SMD in service transitions and readiness to run and/or support new systems or new features to an existing system/application.
- Monitor Progress: Works closely with ITG stakeholders to monitor progress of project line-ups, timeline and execution.
