Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes in support of our sales team. This includes maintaining accurate customer records, tracking sales leads, and delivering insights to improve sales performance.

  • Manage customer information and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible

  • Monitor, track, and follow up on sales leads to ensure timely responses and conversion

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective outreach strategies for lead generation and nurturing

  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential sales issues, offering actionable insights to improve performance

  • Generate reports and sales forecasts using CRM data to assist in decision-making and strategy development

  • Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales campaigns and promotional activities through CRM tools

  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams and management regarding CRM performance and sales metrics

Requirements:

  • 1 year proven experience as a Sales Representative

  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
