Employer Branding Strategist

Elevate our global employer brand presence by crafting compelling narratives and experiences that reflect our values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Strategy: Own and manage the global employer branding channel strategy, including careers sites, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms.
  • Brand Development: Create and maintain Employer Value Proposition (EVP) playbooks. Ensure alignment with business goals and local market nuances.
  • Global Representation: Organize and lead global employer branding events. Represent the company at industry conferences, career fairs, and other strategic engagements.
  • Advocacy Programs: Lead and scale alumni networks, employee referral programs, brand ambassador initiatives, and employee advocacy efforts to amplify our brand organically.
  • Feedback & Optimization: Gather and analyze internal and external feedback to continuously refine and evolve the employer branding strategy.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience managing global campaigns and working across cultures.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and branding platforms.
  • Passion for creating inclusive and engaging candidate experiences.
