Job Description

As a highly skilled Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks 2024. Your primary goal will be to develop high-quality designs that meet company standards and procedures.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing accurate mechanical designs by analyzing engineering specifications, sketches, and models.
  • Collaborating with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure drawings align with project goals.
  • Preparing project drawings for fabrication, including DXF profiles, following company procedures and drafting standards.
  • Ensuring all mechanical designs comply with relevant industry standards and company policies.
  • Maintaining and organizing design files and project documentation for future reference as per company procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in mechanical or structural design/draftsmanship (required).
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks experience in designing and drafting (required).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing methods.
