Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year of experience working in a BPO environment handling international voice calls. If you possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
