Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a flair for creating beautiful latte art.

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, mochas, and cold brew.
  • Create intricate and beautiful latte art designs in cappuccinos and lattes, using free pour or etching techniques, based on customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and offering suggestions based on their tastes and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be familiar with the different types of coffee beans and their origins, grind sizes, and preparation methods to create the best coffee beverages for our customers.
  2. Assist in keeping track of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies to ensure the bar is always stocked.
  3. Promote new beverages, seasonal specials, and upsell add-ons such as pastries, flavored syrups, or alternative milk options.
