Leasing Coordinator and Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Coordinator and Digital Content Creator to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for coordinating apartment leasing activities and creating engaging digital content for our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Coordination:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Digital Content Creation:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
  • Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.
