Digital Marketing Lead

The successful candidate will lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop, own, and execute the digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Set clear KPIs, track results, and implement rapid iteration to maximise ROI.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Design, implement, and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
    • Create high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels.
    • Optimise conversion rates across the entire customer journey.
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Lead content ideation, creation, and management for high-quality, engaging content including blogs, social posts, emails, and video briefs.
    • Manage and repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximise reach and impact.
    • Collaborate with internal or freelance creatives as needed.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
    • Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports.

This is a remote role that requires strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent organisational skills, and be able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Demonstrable experience managing successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, creative direction, and content strategy skills.
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing.
  • Advanced understanding of analytics platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A portfolio showing tangible results delivered.
  • Confidence to manage a small marketing team in future.
Work Arrangements:

This is a remote engagement that requires flexibility and independence.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Be available for meetings during core business hours.
