Job Description
The Short Term Leasing Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining listings on various platforms, interacting with unit owners and guests, and ensuring seamless operations. This role requires strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think strategically. Some of the key responsibilities include listing creation and maintenance, guest communications, and coordinating check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain listings on Airbnb, Agoda, and Booking.com
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates
- Communicate with unit owners and guests to ensure smooth operations
- Screen and approve potential guests to ensure high-quality stays

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
