Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead the Project team in the day-to-day operations of the construction process.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to discuss and align for-construction designs.
  • Join in the Detailed Design phase of the project to plan the execution of the project during construction.
  • Preparing budgets, material documents, and specification lists for client approval.
  • Represent the client during construction or act as an intermediary between the client and the construction team.
  • Overseeing the construction project teams and ensuring quality delivery of construction works as per design.
  • Visiting the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to design and regulations.
  • Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and update project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and drawings.
  • Initiate punch listings and conduct a final inspection after the project is complete.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project management.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction project management, construction costs, and time frames.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to change priorities quickly.
  • Must be willing to be deployed within and outside Metro Manila.
