Technical Support Specialist - Web and Systems

This is a remote job opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and user-friendly websites that meet business requirements. They will also ensure seamless data flow between websites and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement web solutions using Java, HTML, Python, and other coding fundamentals.
  • Integrate websites with CRM systems and third-party software tools.
  • Implement and customize plugins, APIs, and features as needed.
  • Monitor website performance and optimize for speed, security, and SEO.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Generate and automate reports from web platforms and CRM tools.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-optimized and cross-browser compatible.
  • Maintain proper documentation of web systems and integrations.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to implement new functionalities.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in managing website hosting, backups, and security protocols.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Java, HTML, Python, and general coding fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of backend website structures and CMS systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup and process automation (Monday.com, Zoho preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience or recent graduates welcome.
