About the Role

The person will be responsible for supporting the Banking Infrastructure process like bank account opening, closing, and signer update. This will also include processing Merchant ID requests.

Main Tasks:
  1. Performs a range of tasks from straightforward to complex within the scope of the function.
  2. Accurate, efficient, and detail-oriented within daily responsibilities.
  3. Decides within an available range of solutions/practices, which are the most applicable.
  4. Makes decisions within parameters set by the team leader/manager/client.
  5. Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with challenges outside the normal scope of the job (banks, local subsidiaries, and other stakeholders).
  6. Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  7. Complies with all clients' published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements (Data Privacy, SLA/KPIs) that the company is obliged to adhere to.
Requirements:
  1. Open to both college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience in Treasury.
  2. Must have at least 2 years of work experience in Treasury.
  3. Experience in Banking and Finance, and/or Treasury and Bank Documentation is an advantage.
