We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Recruitment Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing our caregiver team, recruiting high-quality candidates, and coordinating schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a systematic scheduling process, ensuring accurate interactions with caregivers and clients.
  • Screen, interview, and conduct reference checks on caregivers to ensure their suitability for our clients.
  • Remind candidates of upcoming orientation sessions to enhance show rates.
  • Complete background checks through authorized vendors and verify exclusion lists.
  • Recruit a minimum of 4-5 new hires per week to meet our client demands.
  • Maintain accurate HR records in our CRM system and update client files as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure all client needs are met and documented.
  • Verify authorization of services with payors and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers, clients, and prospective clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Reliability, coachability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
