Deliver exceptional customer service experiences by assisting with claims, managing tolls and parking tickets efficiently, providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and text, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the claims department in ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage administrative tasks including tolls and parking tickets effectively.
  • Provide top-notch customer service via multiple communication channels, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM system effectively.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Marketing background or experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer specifications: i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS, Headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Minimum Internet speed of 20MBps, wired only.
  • Antivirus Software must be installed, activated, and updated.
  • Backup Internet connection available.
