Senior Video Content Specialist

This is a senior video editor position for a fast-growing beauty-meets-science brand transforming the way people experience their daily shower.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes social-first storytelling, thrives in a high-growth environment, and knows how to turn performance data into scroll-stopping creative that converts.
Responsibilities:- Edit a wide range of performance-driven video content for various platforms.
- Work across vertical short-form ads and horizontal long-form pieces.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to concept, refine, and deliver assets optimized for engagement, click-through, and conversion.
- Incorporate performance feedback into rapid creative iterations.
- Elevate raw footage with expert color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to match the brand aesthetic.
- Proven experience editing high-performing social ads (portfolio required).
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; bonus points for DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, pacing, and storytelling styles.
- Experience with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
