Job Title: Quantitative Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Project Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, vendor partnerships, and all aspects of research projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead quantitative market research projects from conception to completion, including client management, partner coordination, and quality control checks.
  • Work closely with various teams to design and implement survey links, prepare sample data, conduct audits, and resolve respondent inquiries.
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders understand project objectives, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor productivity and data quality, providing regular progress reports on project status.
  • Partner with sales and operations staff to address issues and improve performance on research studies.

Requirements:

  • Education and Training Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly solve problems and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, honoraria amounts, and profit.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and ability to quickly learn new technologies/software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
