    • Guide the team in regular portfolio assessments balancing risks and opportunities and recommending portfolio adjustments.
  • Regional Operations:
    • Manage the Regional Operations team responsible for executing brand and product strategies across various regions.
    • Ensure local market nuances are considered in strategy planning and execution fostering alignment between regional and national objectives.
  • Strategy And Planning:
    • Develop and execute brand and product strategies across trade channels aligning with GCash's broader organizational goals.
    • Ensure effective planning and budget allocation for all brand and product operations within the trade marketing scope.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage actively with internal and external stakeholders to align channel engagements with the overall objectives of GCash.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand/product operations trade marketing or sales.
    • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills for effective planning and decision-making.
    • Proven capability to collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in analyzing complex market and trade data.
    • Strong skills in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
