About the Role

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

">

Your Responsibilities

">
  1. ">
  2. Conduct Conference Room Pilot sessions to demonstrate the ERP fit to the customer's organization or client's requirements.">
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.">
  4. Advise customers on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product customer's business processes with creative configuration.">
  5. Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules and prepare Business Process Discovery Documents.">
  6. Develop functional specification documents and design for customizations required for Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.">
  7. Design User Manuals and Training plans.">
  8. Lead End user training and provide pre-go live and post go live end user support.">
  9. Ensure project documents are complete, and projects are delivered successfully as per the plan.">
  10. Perform related duties as assigned.">
  11. Lead a team of Consultants/Analysts and take responsibility for their performance and admin tasks.">
  12. Assist in providing mentoring and coaching to junior members.">
  13. Implement effective leadership when managing a team or project team.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in functional configuration.">
  • At least 1 Microsoft Dynamics AX or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations certification is required.">
  • Ability to understand at least 2-3 different key functional areas of the ERP solution.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements.">
  • At least 5 years of experience with ERP system.">
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules and travel to customer sites, meetings, and events (national and international).">
