The Position:
This entry-level position provides an opportunity to work across various departments within our Business Operations group, supporting Kroll's Consulting and Solicitation departments. Associates will execute client service responsibilities related to administering complex chapter 11 cases. The candidate will be trained to perform relevant tasks and report to a Business Operations Managing Consultant.

Responsibilities:
  • Process tasks, documents, and requests using MS Office applications and proprietary software
  • Operate according to defined workflow processes and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisor(s) on case work
  • Promptly communicate task status to department supervisor(s)
  • Analyze legal documents, reports, and records
  • Perform case-related research
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and verify data
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking
  • Adhere to estimates and deadlines for assigned tasks/projects
