Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring system settings.
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and training sessions with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.
  • Support data conversion activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and migration, to ensure accurate and timely data transfer to Workday.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure that solutions meet client requirements.
  • Provide end-user support and training to clients on Workday functionality, processes, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses from reputable university or college institution.
  • At least 5 years in-depth experience and proven track record in implementing Workday modules in Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Reports, etc.
  • At least 5 years implementing Workday in business processes design, security configuration, etc. in the full life cycle (requirement analysis, solution design, drive testing, post-go-live support) following the Workday methodology and internal and external auditing standards.
  • Business focused, with the ability to communicate and convey messages to both technical and business stakeholders; has the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that is relevant, easy to consume and compelling.
