Quality Assurance Specialist Position

We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As part of our Call QA Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality support across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include interpreting and implementing quality assurance standards, providing accurate and comprehensive feedback, and contributing to call calibration sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review agents' conversations to ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines
  • Maintain audit, coaching, and performance logs
  • Document audit observations and provide training to team members
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss agent evaluation feedback and implementation of quality management strategies
  • Provide training and conduct coaching sessions as needed
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, specializing in Customer Service and Sales within a voice campaign
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of data analysis and computer skills, including Google Workspace and Microsoft
