We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Leader to join our team at S3A Manufacturing Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance to ensure the organization meets its financial objectives.
  • Work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and make strategic decisions.
Financial Reporting:
  • Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards and present them to senior management and stakeholders.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Develop and implement the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Analyze variances between actual performance and budgeted figures to identify areas for improvement.
Accounting & Compliance:
  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate external audits and ensure timely submission of tax filings to meet regulatory requirements.
Cash Flow Management:
  • Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
  • Prepare cash flow projections and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to secure funding opportunities.
Financial Analysis:
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Conduct performance analysis on key financial metrics, such as profitability, cost control, and return on investment.
Team Management:
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the department.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
