We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Brand Analyst to join our team at Shopee.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and tracking digital brand performance across various social media platforms. This includes identifying emerging trends and opportunities for engagement, and developing strategies to capitalize on them.

  • Analyze and track digital brand performance, including brand mentions, sentiment, and key industry conversations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media listening strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities for engagement, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Presentation and reporting of findings to inform social media strategy and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media monitoring tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in social media monitoring, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective brand health and monitoring reports.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and Google Workspace for data analysis and reporting.
