Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Research Manager Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research methodology and project management.
The role involves:
- Applying the most appropriate research methodology to meet client objectives
- Designing questionnaires and advising junior team members on methodological design
- Briefing assigned staff on project nuances and providing directions for their assignments
- Having command responsibility for project implementation from proposal to documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of three years' experience in qualitative or quantitative research
- A college degree in a relevant field, such as communication research, marketing or statistics
- Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques, as well as proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent networking skills and service orientation, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a full-time position that requires innovative, adaptable and flexible thinking. The successful candidate will be articulate in conveying ideas both orally and in writing, with a fast learning ability and attention to detail.
