Job Description

This role is a remote opportunity, but may require on-site reporting as needed. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software, be self-critical, and able to address feedback constructively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually stunning motion graphics for various media, aligning with client needs.
  • Perform basic edit tasks and create rough sound beds for edit projects when required.
  • Create graphical templates for use by other Artists and for delivery to Clients.
Leadership Expectations:
  • Lead a team of designers and motion artists, ensuring successful project execution based on project size.
  • Support the strategic development of the Motion team, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Advise on design, edit, and motion elements during the ideation process.
Required Skills:
  • Advanced experience in Motion Graphics.
  • Strong proficiency in Design & Editing.
  • Extended knowledge of software including Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.
  • A strong understanding of capabilities and integrations with other software, such as Da Vinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.
  • Strong portfolio of Motion Graphics work and keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Experience managing other Designers & Motion Artists.
  • High-level visual and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great organization skills and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong collaborative skills engaging effectively with team members and stakeholders at multiple seniority levels.
  • Continuous desire to learn new techniques and technology.
