Video Editor Platform Engineer

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced engineer to develop and maintain a next-generation web-based video editor. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the React-based frontend for our video editor platform.
  • Expand into full stack responsibilities, including backend services, APIs, and database integrations.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate concepts into seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness across browsers and devices.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend workflows.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks (Node.js, Express, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.

Work Arrangement

  • Core working hours: 3 PM – 6 PM Manila time (team collaboration).
  • Flexible schedule for the remainder of the shift.
