Video Content Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to craft high-quality video content that engages audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest post-production techniques by researching trends in digital and social content.
  • Bring deep video expertise to every project, contributing ideas and creative direction on briefs.
  • Own your post-production pipeline from ingest to final delivery, collaborating with creatives, strategists, and marketers.
  • Produce short-form videos that stand out, crafting compelling stories from raw footage with precision and speed.
  • Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital channels.
  • Continuously raise the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience creating high-quality content preferably with on-set experience.
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, multimedia assets, and exporting for multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content, with a strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.
  • Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
  • Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving process and creative output.
