We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Technical Solutions Architect.

Job Description

This position plays a crucial part in understanding client challenges, our portfolio of cyber security services and how these can be combined to develop our clients' cyber security maturity. It's a great opportunity for a current security-testing delivery person (e.g. Penetration Tester) to move into the cyber solution and scoping architect space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Quality assurance of client-facing documents, including proposals and methodology literature, to ensure that the solution proposed meets the clients' requirements, and that the proposed solution can provide the necessary deliverables.
  • Liaising with Solution Design Team members to agree on deliverables as part of the formal internal sign off process, or influencing change in the response based on evidence.
  • Triage of client requirements to ensure the correct resource is assigned to support technical scoping opportunities.
  • Gathering information and ensuring a comprehensive scope of requirements is understood and can be communicated back to the customer.
  • Working across a range of clients in a centralized manner to provide technical solution support to multiple opportunities, with the opportunity to align to a small subset of high value accounts to generate in-depth knowledge and relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to read technical content such as network diagrams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong document-writing skills.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
