We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Asmara Urban Resort and Lifestyle Village.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome in our upscale establishment.
  • Take drink orders from customers and servers with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and answer questions about our extensive menu of classic cocktails and innovative drinks.
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to precise recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Create and serve classic cocktails as well as innovative drinks that exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare garnishes for drinks and ensure they are fresh and visually appealing.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Have a strong knowledge of mixology principles, ingredients, and techniques.
  • Demonstrate ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
