Job Overview

Leading a team of virtual assistants as a Medical Director requires skill and expertise. To excel in this role, you must be able to manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client-set targets.

  • Requirements:
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management experience is required.
  • High proficiency in English (written and oral) is necessary.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment is required.
  • Self-starter, motivated, focused, organized, and growth-minded individuals should apply.
  • Ability to think outside the box and understand requirements to create solutions is vital.
  • Efficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required.
