About the Role
As a Finance Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing strategic finance initiatives and programs within the organization. This role involves driving cross-functional collaboration, managing project portfolios, and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives and drive operational excellence.

You will work closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and key stakeholders to develop and execute programs aimed at improving financial performance, optimizing processes, and mitigating risks. You will facilitate communication, coordination, and knowledge sharing across departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and integration.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and executing strategic finance programs and initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives, priorities, and growth plans.
  2. Defining program goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborating with finance teams, business units, and functional leaders to identify opportunities, address challenges, and drive alignment on program objectives and priorities.
  4. Facilitating communication, coordination, and knowledge sharing across departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and integration.
  5. Leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities related to program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  6. Monitoring program performance, analyzing variances, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making and course correction.
  7. Identifying potential risks, dependencies, and barriers to program success, and developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and uncertainties.
  8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and financial standards throughout the program lifecycle.
