Job Summary

The Director of Operations and Business Strategy is responsible for leading the hotel's operations and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth. This role champions the brand's service vision and ensures alignment amongst the hotel leadership teams.

This position requires a strategic business leader who can develop and implement departmental strategies, ensure implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives, and lead its execution. The ideal candidate will have a 2-year degree in Business Administration or related major, with 4 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand's target customer.
  2. Analyze service issues and identify trends.
  3. Make and execute necessary decisions to keep property moving forward toward achievement of goals.
  4. Work with hotel management team to develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand's business strategy and leads its execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration or related major.
  • 4 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
