Job Title: Clinical Operations Representative

Job Overview

This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to ensure delivery of clinical services, case management, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Management & Reporting (30%):
    • Main point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Deliver and ensure quality of monthly clinical reports and insights.
    • Track SLAs and address gaps or risks.
    • Attend client-facing meetings and lead regular reviews.
  2. Clinical Service Oversight (30%):
    • Fully staffed clinician rosters and services delivered on time.
    • Manage transitions, escalations, and referrals for high-risk cases.
    • Monitor clinical quality benchmarks for delivery operations.
  3. Clinician Management & Quality (30%):
    • People manager for assigned clinicians.
    • Monitor session quality, flag performance issues, and provide feedback.
    • Conduct orientation and operational onboarding for new clinicians.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects (10%):
    • Collaborate with teams on improvements to service experience and workflows.
    • Contribute to new program planning, pilot rollout, or clinical enhancement projects.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related disciplines.
  • Professional registration with a relevant board.
  • At least 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Experience in clinical operations, client relationship management, or case management.
  • Able to balance clinical quality and client satisfaction.
