Key Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Mortgage Broker Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting mortgage brokers by handling the end-to-end loan processing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

  • Assist brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Collect, verify, and manage required documentation from clients
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing
  • Track loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to all stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant (senior level preferred), with at least 5 years of experience in the field
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, lender requirements, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously

As a Sr. Mortgage Broker Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up, collecting, verifying, and managing required documentation from clients, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing, tracking loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to all stakeholders, and maintaining client records accurately in CRM systems.

You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally, staying up to date with lender policies, products, and industry changes, and improving processes and training future team members as the business grows and expands.
